Doppler Shift Gone Awry?
Thief! THief! THIef! THIEf! THIEF!
I thought I was hearing things.
I thought I was going a bit mad, or perhaps the Doppler Effect had gone awry.
But no, no I had not been struck with a sudden fit of Car Alarm Maddness, nor had the laws of physics begun to break down as our universe collided with some alternate dimension.
It was simply some poor asshole driving down the street while the alarm on that car screamed, “Thief! Thief! Thief!” in the loud, nerve-grinding ways car alarms are want to do!!!
